SAFURA ATAN has over 20 years of experience within the entrepreneurial development and entrepreneurship industry. As a HRDF Certified Professional Trainer and Facilitator, she has accumulated vast exposure and developed expertise in entrepreneurship training programmes over those years. With her specialization in developing and delivering business coaching and training modules comparable to the international standard, she has discerning eyes for entrepreneurs’ training and development requirement and eager to bridge the gaps that exist in the current entrepreneur development landscape in Malaysia. She spearheaded the BisKaunselor programme during her tenure in Instut Keusahawan Negara (INSKEN)
She has completed her Certificate of Coaching and Mentoring Professional and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a Certified Growthwheel® Business Advisor. She has conducted multiple Coaching workshops with several organisations.
Currently, she is the only Certified FORTH Innovation Methodology Facilitator based in Malaysia and is one out of two in Southeast Asia. With an Accounting degree from UKM and MBA specializing in Entrepreneurship from UiTM, Safura has come a long way and has seen and done it all as far as SMEs’ business growth and development is concerned.

Razman Radzi, is an entrepreneur and Co-Founder of StratNaviGo Consulting. He has authored and published more than 5 books in the area of innovation, creativity, learning and entrepreneurship.
He is also a Business Model and Design Thinking practitioner. In 2012, he was trained by Dr Alexander Osterwalder and Dr Yves Pigneur (founder of the Business Model Canvas tool) in Singapore (Business Model Masterclass) and have since trained more than 5,000 individuals on how to use the tools.
He is also among the pioneer BisKaunselor appointed by Institut Keusahawanan Negara (INSKEN) and continues to serve the Malaysian entrepreneurial ecosystem. He is also a vendor and mentor with Malaysian Global Innovation and Creativity Centre (MaGIC).
He has more than 12 years experience in the content industry and works as a Business Designer with Startlah Innovation. He has facilitated more than 10 Design Thinking workshops in the past 1 year (most recent one in MaGIC, June 2019). He is also a trainer certified by HRDF.

Zusuff Kan is an entrepreneur and practitioner of design thinking related tools. He is currently the only certified Fascinate Advisor in Malaysia. Fascinate is the only personality test to show you how to grow your confidence, increase your value and live more authentically developed by Sally Hogshead which recently voted as the number #1 Brand Guru. Zusuff Kan completed his Masters in the area of Islamic Finance under the CIFP Bright Scholarship by Bank Negara Malaysia and is a professional member of Chartered Institute of Islamic Finance Professional (CIIF). He has 13 years of working experience with half of it in the corporate sector with the likes of Petronas, RAM Ratings Services Berhad and KFH Research Limited. He has spent the past 8 years plus as an entrepreneur and empowering people with innovation tools and methodologies such as Design Thinking and Business Model Canvas.
He has co-authored or published 2 books in the area of entrepreneurship and leadership. He is also among the pioneer batch of Business Counsellor appointed by Institut Keusahawanan Negara (INSKEN) and a mentor with Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC).
In the past 3 years, he has conducted more than 30 workshops on Design Thinking (most recent one in MaGIC’s SI Essential. He is also a HRDF Certified Trainer and Certified GrowthWheel Business Advisor from GrowthWheel International.
